Our services are dedicated to ensuring that all students obtain the maximum benefit from their time at university. We do this by providing direct specialist services to students with particular requirements or needs for support, and by acting as a signpost to other sources of help and/or information. You can access details of all these services within Leeds Met and also in the wider community via this website or by visiting the Helpzones which are the gateway to our services.
In addition to our direct work with students we are also involved in supporting colleagues in the Faculties and in other service areas in their interaction with students. We run information sessions, contribute to staff development workshops, and help in the development of policies and procedures aimed at encouraging the well-being and success of students.
