Skills for Learning

 

Skills for Learning offers a range of online resources to support your academic development from Academic Communication, to Maths, to Group Skills. Through the Skills for Learning website your can test your maths and grammar skills, identify areas for development and complete online tasks.

Skills for Learning also offers a range of free, drop-in workshops and one to one tutorials on campus throughout the academic year. Workshop topics include:

• Word 2010 introduction
  Using images and tables in Word and PowerPoint 2010
  Word 2010 for dissertations and reports
  Excel 2010 introduction
  Presentations with PowerPoint 2010
  Posters with PowerPoint 2010

We also offer one-to-one tutorials for IT beginners or help with specific IT tasks.
