Helpzone

The Helpzone is a sign-posting service and a good place to start if you don’t know where to go for something. You can use the A-Z and FAQs online to find an answer to your query, ask a question online or visit the Helpzone at City Campus or Headingley Campus.

You can also book an appointment with our Student Money Advice team and collect your Campus Card at either Helpzone.
