Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres are usually a combination of assessment exercises and interviews conducted with a small group of job candidates who are carefully observed over a day or more. These exercises are likely to include psychometric testing, presentations and observed group discussions. Large companies in particular use this technique to recruit graduate trainees. You need to know what to expect to perform well.
