Voting

If you’re going to be in Leeds during local and general elections, (typically at the beginning of May) are eligible to vote in the UK and can’t easily get home to vote, then you can register to vote in Leeds or apply for a postal vote.

You can register to vote quickly and easily online via the Electoral Commission website, you will need to print your completed form, sign it and return it to your local council. Alternatively, you can apply for a postal vote. More information on postal votes can be found here.
