IT Support

IT Support is available in both campus libraries. IT Help Assistants are based at the Help & Information Points and can help with IT and printing enquiries. There are also Help Phones throughout City Campus Library and Headingley Library.

Skills for Learning offer a range of free, drop-in workshops and one to one tutorials to help students with IT.   

Our workshop topics include:      

• Word 2010 introduction            
• Using images and tables in Word and PowerPoint 2010
• Word 2010 for dissertations and reports
• Excel 2010 introduction
• Presentations with PowerPoint 2010
• Posters with PowerPoint 2010  

We also offer one to one tutorials for IT beginners or help with specific IT tasks.
