Diploma Supplements

A Diploma Supplement shows detailed information about the award you have studied, individual module results and the details of how assessments work at Leeds Metropolitan. The supplement is designed to offer more information about your qualification to international employers or academics.

Diploma Supplements will be printed by the Awards and Examinations team following final Examination Boards and will be posted out to the student's permanent home address after the relevant Graduation Ceremony season.

It is the responsibility of every student to ensure that his/her full name, date of birth and permanent home address is recorded correctly.

Please note that Diploma Supplements are not available for students who graduated before 2005.

Replacement Diploma Supplements

Requests for duplicate Leeds Metropolitan University Diploma Supplements should be made in the first instance to the Awards and Examinations office by telephoning 0113 8125463. Please complete the Diploma Supplement Application Form.
