You are advised to review the 'Guidance Document - Section 16 of the University Regulations' which can be accessed through the link above.

This document gives guidance to new Chairs and Panel members on the Appeal Hearing itself.

Faculty Response

If a student is granted an appeal hearing on the grounds of Computational Error, Material Procedural or Administrative Error or Programme Management Deficiencies, the Faculty will be asked to provide a response to the student’s submission.  This document gives advice and guidance on what should be provided.

Information Sheet for Adjudicators

This information gives details of the relevant University Regulations under which an appeal may be granted and a diagram of the adjudication process.  If the student does not fulfil the criteria stated, then they should not be granted a hearing.
