Purchasing Cards

 A Purchasing Card is simply a charge card (i.e. a Visa card) that uses credit card style technology to control, simplify and accelerate the purchasing process. They are used primarily for low value/low risk purchases such as stationery, hotel bookings, furniture, etc. Our Purchasing Cards are provided by Lloyds TSB Bank.

To request a new card please contact Andy Ellner.

If your card is declined for any reason you should contact Lloyds TSB on 0870 513 4588 quoting your card number and password.

If you require your card limit or merchant blocks to be amended, this must be requested by email from your Resource Centre Manager to Andy Ellner.

Centre Suite
All cardholders have access to Centre Suite - an on line portal provided to the University by Lloyds TSB bank to enable cardholders to manage their transactions on line.

Through Centre Suite cardholders can:

• View recently approved and declined transactions
• View detailed information on transactions
• Process their monthly statement

A User guide for Centre Suite is available from the menu on the right, and cardholders can be given access to an on line training module to assist them with using Centre Suite.
