Parking Permits

Car parking is limited across both our City and Headingley campuses. A parking permit system or pay and display operates in all of our car parks.

Staff can apply online for a car parking permit. All applications are assessed using a 'needs based' points system.

Where demand exceeds supply, only applications scoring highly enough are allocated parking permits or added to a waiting list.

Substantive staff are charged 1% of monthly earnings, deducted directly from salary by payroll. Non-substantive staff are charged £200.04 per year, £16.66 month. Blue Badge holders do not pay to park.
