This page contains a range of support material for iTrent. Important system messages are also posted here, so you might find it helpful to check here first if you are experiencing any problems logging onto the system.
Each iTrent user is assigned to one or more user roles which define which areas of the system they can access, which employees they can view and whether they have the right to view or update the details. Each role has a corresponding user guide that can be downloaded from this page. Users are assigned to roles in accordance with the iTrent security policy.
If you require general iTrent advice and guidance, or encounter any errors or problems, please contact HRIS for assistance.
New requests for access to iTrent should be submitted by the user's line manager by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including details of the role that the user undertakes. Suitable training will be arranged by the HR Planning & Reward Team.
You will soon be able to claim staff expenses online using iTrent Self-Service. A pilot group is testing this new facility and it will be available to all staff later this year. Further information, including user guides and FAQs, is published below.
