We welcome and value your feedback about our HR Service. We will use this to monitor and review our performance against our HR Service Standards and to inform improvements to the HR service you receive.
If you would like to make any compliments or comments, or raise any concerns relating to the delivery of our HR Service Standards, please complete our online feedback form below. This might include, for example, an instance in which you have received an excellent customer service and you want to share this with us, or we have exceeded your expectations whilst working with you. It may also be that you wish to suggest an improvement to the way we deliver a service to you or that you have been dissatisfied with the quality of service you have received.
Where you have indicated that you would like a reply, we will respond to you within 5 working days. Where we require further information, we will make contact with you to inform you of a likely timescale for a full response.
