Governors' Resources

This webpage provides resources for prospective, new and current Governors.

Becoming a Governor

Leeds Met is always interested to hear from people who are interested in becoming a Governor and would like to be considered for membership of the Board of Governors. Our Governors attach a particular importance to maintaining a membership that is representative of the communities in which they serve. Governors also have an important statutory function to perform. Our expectations of Governors document, should be read in conjunction with guides published by external agencies such as the Committee of University Chairs (CUC) and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE).

If you would like to express an interest in becoming a Governor, or would like some further information, please contact: Matthew McClelland.
