Financial Monitoring

We aim to help managers deliver outcomes in the most cost effective, efficient and economical manner by providing them with consistent, clear and timely information.

We distribute summary and detailed financial monitoring reports to managers on a monthly basis.

This is supplemented by the University Management Information Pack (UMIP) which is also distributed monthly to managers and Governors.  The information is used to assess whether progress is in accordance with our plans and whether key obligations and key performance indicators are being achieved.
