Chairs Committee

The Chairs' Committee is responsible for taking decisions on important matters which are referred to it by the Board and / or are agreed by the Chair, Clerk, and Vice-Chancellor to be matters requiring urgent decision.  It is convened only as required, and does not have scheduled meetings.
