Grade-e-ent is a Leeds Met developed system which allows the input of marks by module component.
The marks are automatically fed from Grade-e-ent into Banner, they can then be checked and rolled into the Academic History section of Banner.

The Welcome Information Service aims to give new and continuing students the information they need to know to ensure they're in the right place at the right time at the start of the academic year.
The website tells students about the administrative tasks they need to complete and refers them to other important information including how to pay fees, the student regulations and supporting course information.
The Points Based Immigration System is used by the International Student Advice Service to monitor the attendance of international students.

Many of the queries that are received by Banner Support are related to reports that will not bring back students. Often, the reason for this is poor data in Banner rather than the report not working.
These documents are designed to help you look at the data in Banner when running the most common reports we receive queries about.
Update My Data is a system for students to update their personal information.
There is also a staff version of the system to make it easier for staff to update information on behalf of a student. Currently, the system is not open to applicants but this is something we are looking at introducing in the future.
