The Campus Card is a multi-functional smart card used to access a range of University facilities which is issued to students, staff, governors, alumni and friends of the University. The Associate Staff Card version provides temporary access to the same range of University systems and facilities as Leeds Metropolitan staff, as specified by the Faculty/Service area making the request.
To request a card, you should complete an Associate Staff Card Application Form. Once completed and signed by the relevant Faculty/Service Manager, it should be forwarded to the the HR Operations Team, as shown on the reverse of the form. Please note that a digital photo (electronic format) must be provided if associates are unable to visit a HelpZone to have your picture taken. Cards can be collected from the HelpZones Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
If you lose or damage your card, you can obtain a new one, for a cost of £10, from the HelpZone. Further information about the Campus Card itself is available on the Helpzone website. Alternatively, please e-mail campuscard@leedsmet.ac.uk.
