How to apply for a scUK Workshop
Before applying for any course, please ensure you have read our Frequently Asked Questions, (including cancellation policy) and the Essential Course Information Guide. These documents are listed as attachments on the right hand side of this page.
To book an scUK Workshop please select the workshop you wish to do and choose a date you can attend. Then download the application form and send a completed form together with full payment to the Carnegie Coach Education Team. (Details supplied on the application form)

How to apply for a CPD Package
To apply, please view the packages available: Package 1, Package 2 or Package 3 and select a date for an SPC course and a date for a specific First Aid Course appropriate to the package.  Please download the Carnegie Coach Education Application Form and complete with both dates (SPC and First Aid) and return it to the Coach Education Team with full payment for your package.

Please note: We are unable to make provisional bookings, however it is advisable due to popularity of courses to enquire about available spaces prior to application. Therefore a booking can only be made and a space confirmed on receipt of both an application form and payment.
