High Performance Tennis

Leeds Met Carnegie Tennis Centre is a National LTA Accredited High Performance Centre with four indoor acrylic courts, four outdoor american clay courts and four new all weather grass courts.  The centre provides training opportunities and facilities to the highest professional level.
 
The performance programmes start with players as young as 6 years through to University age. Full Time players also access the centre which creates a culture and atmosphere conductive to Performance Tennis.

The University program have :

• Dedicated University Coaching Team
•  Individualised Tennis and S&C Program
• Opportunity to play in BUCS / European League (ECTA) 
• National Doubles League / British Tour events & Barclays Challenge events
• Tournament program planned
• Trips abroad
• Access to world class physio
• Dedicated manager of the program
• Opportunity to gain coaching qualifications and coach within the Junior Program

Tennis specific scholarships have been created, allowing scholarship holders the opportunity to develop their tennis performance alongside the pursuit of academic studies.
