Level 1 Tchoukball Course at Leeds Met

Following the continued success of the sport in the UK, Leeds Met is hosting the first Tchoukball Level 1 Award course in the UK.

The course will run on Saturday May 15 and Saturday May 29 at the University's Headingley Campus.

The level 1 Award course is designed to get students qualified in teaching the basics of Tchoukball and to transfer these skills into schools, clubs or recreational play.

Tchoukball club secretary Pete Kind commented: "The fact Leeds Met have supported this course speaks volumes for the university and the Athletic Union because of their support and dedication to commit to helping minority sports progress and move forward.  We are looking forward to the course and spreading the great game of Tchoukball."
