A new one day course to train coaches in the use of non-contact, Olympic style boxing skills tailored to meet the need of Rugby Union players.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COURSES
Applicable to all sports,
the Level One qualification provides an introduction to the principles and practices of coaching safe, ethical strength and conditioning activities to athletes of all ages. This will enable candidates to seek employment as a strength and conditioning coaching assistant role in a club, school or equivalent environments.
At Level Two candidates will also develop an understanding of safe, ethical and effective strength and conditioning coaching. This will enable them to seek employment as a strength and conditioning coach in a number of settings such as a sports club, or with an athlete or team in an education/youth environment.

Before applying for a course, please ensure you have read our Frequently Asked Questions, (including cancellation policy) and the Essential Course Information. Please see these documents listed as attachments on the right hand side of this page.
To apply, please click the ONLINE link to the ONLINE STORE which can be found in the above list or in the sport specific advert in the right hand column. Full payment will be required on application.
Please note: We are unable to offer provisional booking of spaces, a space will only be booked on receipt of an application form via the online booking system.

There is also a list of course dates, times and duration, along with venue, cost and examination details. If an exam is part of the course/s you choose then details of this will also be outlined.
