Personal Training sessions are available at both the Headingley and City Campuses to Sports Membership holders at a cost of only £10 per hourly session. Sessions will consist of an initial detailed health assessment being carried out on height, weight, BMI, lung capacity, heart rate, blood pressure, body fat composition, and flexibility measurements, followed by a consultation.
Qualified instructors will carry out the sessions with you at all times, and will be able to assess your health and fitness goals. They will design and tailor a personalised programme for you, as well as motivate you through your sessions on a one-to-one basis. The sessions can be held in a range of indoor and outdoor facilities to suit you, and will help you get the results you want, fast. We recommend you re-book every 6-8 weeks for a review in order to achieve your fitness goals.
You can also book a personal training session for small groups (up to 4 people) at the same price if you wish to have a more sociable training session with your friends and the instructor.
