Both the 3rd and 4th teams play in the conference cup and always perform well in the competition This is a credit to the outstanding coaching that goes on behind the scenes with ex Irish International and current Carnegie club coach Geraldine Plant who has been the foundation of this development over the last six years. The top three university teams train twice a week where they learn new skills and drills along with fitness development.
