Campus Fitness

Campus Fitness

The Campus Fitness programme offers classes to students, staff and the public at a variety of times and days throughout term time at both the Headingley and City Campuses.

Classes are free to student and staff sports membership holders, and £4 to casual users (£4.50 to the public).

Please note: classes will finish on Friday 25th May 2012 for the summer holidays, and will restart from Monday 17th September for the new academic year. Timetables and class descriptions will be available to view from the beginning of September.

Run Leeds Universities

 

Leeds Metropolitan University and the University of Leeds have teamed up to offer staff and students the opportunity to get involved in a great new running club in Leeds City Centre and Headingley, which runs all throughout term time.

 

The club is free to attend, and all sessions are supervised by qualified UK Athletics Jog Leaders, and cater for all ability levels from beginners to experienced runners.

Nike Run Club

 

Nike have now launched a nationwide women's only running club, and they have now set one up in the city of Leeds. The club runs every Thursday at 6.30pm during term time from The Library Pub on Woodhouse Lane.  Qualified Nike Runners will lead the group around routes in the Headingley and Hyde Park areas of Leeds. It's free to turn up, and the club caters for all ability levels.
