Global Coaches House

The International Council for Coach Education (ICCE) has partnered up with Limkokwing University, Leeds Metropolitan University, Morrisons plc. and WDR to bring the world of high performance coaching together under one roof during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Global Coaches House will take place at the London Campus of Limkokwing University, 106 Picadilly Place, London. Then daily programme will start on 27 July 2012 and continue for the duration of the games.

The Global Coaches House will contain a mix of Open Programme (OP) activites available to all coaches registering with the House and a Dedicated Programme (DP) tailored to specific populations of coaches on demand, and as previously agreed with the relevant organisation.
A comprehensive programme of activities will provide opportunities to learn from high performing coaches and plenty of room for informal discussion and networking between participants.
The daily programme will have the following format:
From 0800 (OP) - News and Info Desk + Games Gallery + Dartfish Performance Analysis Suite (PAS)
0800 - 0845 (OP) - Hot Topic Breakfast (low key and informal). GCH staff to set the scene around a particularly current and interesting theme for coaches to informally discuss.
0845 - 0930 (DP) - Dedicated Programme Session 1
0930 - 1015 (DP) - Dedicated Programme Session 2
1000 - 1200 - Open House (free flow networking, games watching and performance analysis suite)
1300 - 1400 - The Workout Lunch (OP). A set daily slot for a current topic / keynote around specific themes that will be of interest to a wide audience of coaches. This session may also be attractive to participants in the business programme.
1400 - 2000 - Open House (free flow networking, games watching and performance analysis suite)
2000 - 2100 - The Master Class (OP). Set daily slot for keynote / interview by someoneof high impact and relevance. This session may be attractive to participants in the business programme.
2100 - 2300 - Open House (free flow networking, games watching and performance analysis suite)
There will also be slots allocated to ICCE activities and presentations as well as to the dedicated programmes. These will be worked around the OP as required.
