Lacrosse

Lacrosse is a continually growing sport in the UK and consequently here at Leeds Met. The club consists of both Men's and Women's sides that compete on a weekly basis in BUCS and in the occasional weekend Men's, Women's or Mixed tournament.

The Growth of the Lacrosse Club at Leeds Met has been phenomenal over the past few years and in turn has yielded some extremely successful seasons with the future only looking brighter.

Lacrosse is a very fast, fun and enjoyable game and we invite all to come along and experience a new sport. Joining the club provides you with the opportunity to meet new people, make friends and keep fit. Equipment is provided and there are supervised training sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday at the Headingley campus to enable you to develop and learn new skills or just come along and meet some new friends. We welcome beginners with open arms, as well as players with any level of experience. Come along make some friends, have a laugh and enjoy a new experience even if you do not wish to compete on a Wednesday and we look forward to seeing you!
