Fencing

Leeds Met fencing club boasts two full electric set-ups and three enthusiastic coaches. Both male and female teams compete in university BUCS competitions as well as the BUCS individual competition. The club is BFA (British Fencing Association) registered allowing Leeds Met Carnegie to compete at Open competitions on the national circuit. The teams host a number of experienced fencers and a few beginners. As a club we compensate for all the disciplines of fencing Sabre, Epee and Foil. The club is continuing to develop from strength to strength so this is a great time to get involved.

So if you fancy a sport that's different or feel you are the next Zorro then come and have a go.
 
Training session  from October will be on a Tuesday evening with extra sessions on a Sunday. The fencing club will be present at the freshers fair on Wednesday 22nd September so check back nearer the time for further updates.
