Cheerleading at Leeds Metropolitan University, sponsored by Microsoft Windows.

Cheerleading has already been established for a number of years at Leeds Met but begins its first year as an Athletic Union supported club. 

With a mix of gymnastics and dance this club attracts a range of energetic people to its fun and exciting sessions.

With the squad entering a range of competitions it offers that competitive element that has developed the club over its history.

The year will see the cheerleading squad's recognition grow across campus and the squad hope to increase its participation levels with the help of the athletic union.

Known as the Carnegie Aviators, they will be a welcomed addition to the range of sports activities offered at Leeds Met.
