All printing work is charged back to the correct department using the project code written on either the repro request form or the repro-online job ticket. Costs from the completed forms/tickets are entered on to an Access Database and towards the end of each month a summary of charges against each project code is submitted to Finance to be recharged on the Finance System.

Monitoring statements are sent to each Resource Centres Finance/Resource Manager at the beginning of each month including an analysis of how up to date all recharges are. Details of the cost of each job or all jobs for a project code or SBC can be found by using the filters on the appropriate tab for the month recharged on the relevant Excel Spreadsheet. 

Central reprographic recharge spreadsheets for 2002/03, 2003/04, 2004/05, 2005/06, 2006/07 , 2007/08 and 2008/09 are available which provide details of all jobs and these are updated on a monthly basis.

Prices in the Print Room have not changed for the last 5 years, and we endeavour to keep prices as low as possible.
