The shortlist for the University's Developing Leeds Met photography competition has been revealed online - and you can decide the winners.
In June, 400 staff were selected at random and received disposable cameras with which to take pictures of their work or home life which related to one of the five festival streams of this year's Staff Development Festival: Community, Creativity, Space & Place, Well-being and World-wide Horizons.
The judges whittled down thousands of entries to 50 images which will be displayed at an exhibition during the Staff Development festival in September, before being placed on the walls of The Rose Bowl.
All the shortlisted images can be viewed here, and staff are invited to vote for their five favourites online. Voting is open until Thursday September 10, and the competition winners will each receive £50 in Marks and Spencer's vouchers, with their image enlarged onto canvas for display in one of the main areas of The Rose Bowl.
The five winners will be announced during the festival finale at 4pm.
