Agendas, reports, and minutes for meetings of boards and committees, both at University and at Faculty level, are expected to conform to the University templates. 

The templates, together with guidance and examples of their use, can be downloaded using the links in the right hand column. 

Reports and minutes should be referenced using a standard format which is explained in separate guidance. This can be downloaded using the link in the right hand column.
