Estates Services has the responsibility for the effective management of the University's physical estate and the delivery of a range of key support services for students, staff and visitors.     

Broadly, these responsibilities fall into the following specific areas of activity

• Estates management and legislative compliance.
• Planned and responsive maintenance of the estates.
• Delivery of designated maintenance and development projects.
• Space allocation, space utilisation and overview of timetabling.

The Estates Services team works closely with internal and external stakeholders utilising a balance of internal expertise, whilst having access to a comprehensive team of external consultants and providers.
