The placements team will be delighted to advertise your vacancy/vacancies to their students. Your own (A4) artwork is welcome, but adverts can be composed should this not be available. In all cases we shall require the following details:

• Job description
• Preferred method of application
• Closing date for receipt of applications
• Company information in the form of a brochure (web address and a contact for any student queries would also be useful)

Students are normally encouraged to hand hard-copy applications in via the Placements Office in advance of the closing date, whereupon they will be forwarded en masse to you.

Once you have shortlisted those students you wish to interview, you may either contact them direct, or they will be contacted on your behalf to make all the necessary arrangements.

Although it is preferable to arrange interviews at the premises where the placement will be undertaken, we realise that occasionally it is not feasible to invite large numbers of students to locations away from Leeds. In such circumstances, first interviews can be arranged on University premises.
