Personal Statement
John has taught at Leeds Metropolitan University for eight years in the areas of  IT, mathematical subjects, questionnaire design and analysis, project management, and queueing theory to undergraduate and postgraduate students on events management courses.  John's research interests are in these areas, and in improving flows of people at event venues, especially through improved signage and design of areas.
