1st International Conference on Language Teaching Materials, Indonesia

Ivor Timmis and Naeema Hann  delivered  plenaries at the 1st International Conference on Language Teaching Materials at Universitas Tanjungpura in Pontianak, Indonesia in December 2012.

In addition to the plenaries they delivered training sessions on Content and Language Integrated Learning as well as teaching large classes with more than 150 participants as part of the Indonesian Government's initiative to train teachers in these areas.

Feedback from the conference as well as the training sessions have been very positive and the School of Languages is looking forward to welcoming visiting scholars from Pontianak over  the next few months.
