May 2006: Evaluation of the “Family Hub”Leeds City Council Website. usability north conducted an website evaluation of “The Family Hub” a Leeds City council website, providing information on sport and leisure in Leeds. The website evaluation was carried out as part of Leeds City Council event at Middleton Leisure Centre on Monday 8th May 2006. We assessed the website with 39, Year 5 pupils, from a Middleton Primary School. To achieve this we used a task-based approach, using eye tracking, “smiley faces”likert questionnaires and interviews. Our evaluation was a great success helping make significant usability improvements to the home page. (See before and after)
