Sleep Beats

'Sleep Beats'' David Fisher, James Francis and Sam Leahy used music and sound to help people with problems sleeping. BSc (Hons) Creative Music and Sound Technology student, David talked about their extensive research findings.'
To relax the brain you have to trick it into hearing the most effective wavelength it uses to go to sleep. Putting the sound and music together, the most effective soundwaves that people respond to are between 100-103 Hz when the brain creates a 3Hz delta wave. It's the delta wave that helps induce sleep and relaxation.
We have tested it by checking increase or decrease in heartbeat rate and by gaining patient feedback. I genuinely believe that this is a fresh new product that works and is marketable to a range of different audiences. Health, travel and music therapy markets are definitely open doors for our product.
