Notes: all payments should be made payable to Leeds Metropolitan University by cheque drawn on a UK bank.

Terms and conditions

Delegate registration forms and full payments must be received by Leeds Metropolitan University to confirm your place. A refund (less £30 administration charge) will be made on cancellation of any booking, providing it is received before Monday 25 February 2002. Thereafter, the full amount is required.
Substitutions may be made at any time up to the beginning of the conference. However, if substitutions occur between 25 February 2002 and the start of the conference an additional charge of £30 will be incurred to cover additional administration costs.
Full residential conference fees include 2 nights hotel B&B accommodation, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, voucher for an evening meal and a conference dinner at The Royal Armouries.
Non residential and day rate excludes accommodation.
All delegates will receive 1 copy of the conference proceedings. Additional copies of the proceedings can be purchased at £30 each.
