Employee Benefits

As a member of staff at Leeds Metropolitan University, you have access to a wide range of employee benefits. These pages provide information about both our core and peripheral benefits.

Core benefits include pension schemes and maternity/paternity and adoption leave. The peripheral benefits comprise a range of discounts on goods and services which have been negotiated locally between Human Resources and local and national providers. Please note that these peripheral benefits do not form part of your Contract of Employment and such benefits may be subject to amendment or withdrawal at any time. In addition, any queries relating to these benefits should be made direct to the provider unless the information directs you to contact Human Resources for further details.
