Welcome to the Helpzone

The Helpzones are here to help you make the most of your time at Leeds Metropolitan.

They are the first point of call for all non-academic enquiries. If the Helpzone can't immediately help you, they will know who can.

How to access Helpzone services

Helpzone Desks

There are two Helpzone desks, one at The Rose Bowl and one at Headingley Campus. Both desks are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Helpzone Phones

There is also a telephone enquiry service, which is open the same time as our desks. You can phone us on (0113) 812 3176 or (0113) 812 3115.

Helpzone Website

We have a Helpzone website that contains lots of the information that you may need on a day-to-day basis.

Helpzone Email

You can email your enquiry to us at helpzone@leedsmet.ac.uk. We will try our best to answer within one working day.

Confirmation of enrolment letters & international student bank letters.

Understanding your timetable.

Where building, people and things are - help with finding your way around and knowing who to talk to

Help with access to Student Services such as Careers, Job Shop, Disability Services, Counselling, Chaplaincy, International Student Advice, Money Advice and Financial Support.
