You might have used the 'Ask a Question' box in the past and not had an answer.
If so, we're really sorry.
A small gremlin crept into one of our servers, and has been hiding some of the questions that have been sent. Because it was an intermittent fault, it proved hard to identify and resolve.
However, we now think we have trapped the gremlin, so there should be no future problems.
