Not attending Graduation?

If you do not attend the graduation ceremony and wish to collect your award certificate, the Awards and Examinations team will be providing a collection service in the Headingley help-zone between 10:00 am and 2:00pm from the 6th of August to the 10th of August 2012.

Please bring your photo ID when collecting.

If you wish to nominate someone to collect your award certificate, please ensure that you provide them with a letter of authorisation, written and signed by you.

Please note that if you do not attend your Graduation, your certificate will be posted out to the permanent address the university holds for you within 8 weeks of your Graduation.

After 1 June you will need to contact your student administrator who will be able to update your permanent address for you. They will then update the Awards & Exams team of your address update.
