Your Booking
Students, you will have received an email in April inviting you to book your place at Graduation. This email will have included the date and time of your ceremony. If you have not received an email and you think you are due to Graduate this summer please contact your Graduation Team. Please note, due to data protection we can only discuss Graduation bookings with the graduating student (please see Data Protection under Your Questions for further information.)
Booking Your Place
You can book your place for Graduation via our online store. The closing date for booking your place is Wednesday 29 May. Booking your student place is FREE, however, after the closing date a £50 late booking fee will be charged.
Guest Tickets
Guest tickets are available via our online store, the closing date for booking your guest tickets is Wednesday 29 May.
All students are allocated two guest tickets for friends or family which cost £15 each for adults and £7.50 for children (Children aged 3-9 can purchase a child ticket, any children 10 and over will require an adult ticket).
The cost of the guest ticket covers entry to the ceremony, free parking on campus and a copy of the Graduation programme.
Please note tickets are not posted out to you; you will collect them from the Sports Arena at Headingley Campus on the day of your Graduation.
Additional Guest Tickets
Once bookings close on Wednesday 29 May we will work out if we can offer any additional guest tickets and inform all students via email by 7 June if any additional guest tickets will be available for their ceremony.
Please note we do not guarantee that additional guest tickets will be available for your ceremony.
Why is it done this way?
We work out if we have any additional guest tickets based on our Auditorium capacity and how many students have booked to attend Graduation so cannot calculate this until after the initial bookings have closed on Wednesday 29 May.
Live Screenings
Any friends or family without a ticket will be able to view your ceremony at our live screening in Lecture Theatre B on campus. These screenings are free or charge and you do not need to book. The ceremonies will also be streamed live on the internet for those who are unable to make it.
