The Gallery

Tuesday 12th September

The Intercampus Run and Cycle Ride, Northern Studies, and Working with Young People took place during the day, and in the evening a Festival Finale event was followed by a Ceilidh took place at the Students' Union, Civic Quarter.

Monday 11th September

The Carnegie Day took place on Monday at Harrogate Showground.

Saturday 9th September

The Reading and Writing Festival took place on Saturday.

Friday 8th September

The Faculty of Business and Law Day and Faculty of Arts and Society Day, took place on Friday, followed by a Briefing Session at Civic Quarter. Staff also took part in a Lake District Walk, climbing Helvellyn.

Thursday 7th September

Amongst the event today were the Staff Support Conference which took place at Elland Road, the Research Assessment Exercise and the AUA Quiz at the Student Union.

Wednesday 6th September

The Learning, Teaching and Assessment Conference took place at Elland Road. Changing Timetables and Be A Super Administrator sessions took place at Civic Quarter

Tuesday 5th September

The Health Away Day, Leslie Silver International Day and Leeds Met Briefing took place during the day. In the evening a Softball Tournament took place on the Acre, Headingly Campus.

Monday 4th September

The Research Conference took place at Leeds Town Hall on Monday. Staff took the opportunity to receive 30 minute health checks at Healthworks. On Monday evening a 6-a-side Football Tournament took place at Headingley Campus, whilst Leeds Met Disco was held at the Students' Union, Civic Quarter.

Saturday 2nd September

Staff participated in and enjoyed a performance of Trial by Jury, the comic musical by Gilbert & Sullivan, at Cloth Hall Court on Saturday.

Friday 1st September

The Innovation North Day, took place at Elland Road, whilst staff met representatives from the Students Union during Question Time which took place at Headingley Campus. On Friday evening the Carnegie Stand was officially launched at Headingley Carnegie Stadium. View images from the Reception and the Launch

Thursday 31st August

A range of events including stand events When Leeds Met Everest, Access to HE for Refugees and Asylum Seekers and Ethical Practitioner. In addition on the festival fringe Voices for Administrators, Irish Dancing and Hidden Headingley all took place today.

Wednesday 30th August

Staff hail the opening of the Festival fortnight at the Sage Gateshead and Millenuim Square Leeds, and by cycling between the two venues.
