The above diagram outlines the steps you will need to take to review and develop your curriculum to ensure students have the right opportunities to develop their graduate skills.

A short summary in employability terms: the overriding changes are that there will be an increased focus on the vocational aspects of courses, how they fit with the needs of the labour market, and that there will be increased transparency of outcomes:  "No student should ever be misled into believing that a course will deliver employment outcomes that it will not."and that "We will ask all universities to publish a statement on how they promote student employability."  Leeds Met has just begun working on this in that we now ask at validation and revalidation that each course makes an explicit statement about its employability content.
