nti Works was designed for recent graduates whose degree subject covers the digital industry and who may have been considering freelancing or starting a business as their next route.
Training:
The training was delivered by industry professionals to enable students to become a fit for purpose freelancer, topics include, developing an online profile, sales and price negotiation tactics, client management as well as time and project management.
Innovation Showcase:
The project included a three month membership to our coworking community, the benefits of which were a city centre business address, facilities (cinema screen Macs, professional software) and mentor support as well as allowing the students the opportunity to work alongside other freelancers, making contacts and networking in this unique collaborative environment.nti Works ran from June 2009 until June 2010 and was open to individuals from the Yorkshire & Humber region who had graduated within the last 5 years.
