How do I book a room?

I am not sure if I can organise my event, do you offer any assistance?
We can provide you with full event management from delegate registration through to a full service.

Do you have any accommodation available in the summer for shortbreaks?
Yes we do. You can look at our accommodation through our virtual tours. You can stay for as many nights as you wish.

When do I have to finalise numbers?
All this information is clearly stated in our terms & conditions which is sent to you with your booking form.

Where can I order food?
Leeds Met has a dedicated team of chefs providing hospitality all year round. From fine dining through to events for 3000.

I have a special diet can you provide different menus for me?
Yes we can! Call our team and they will take your dietary requirements and send you a menu for your approval.

Do you have disabled access to all your buildings?
Yes apart from the Old School Board where there is restricted access for wheelchairs.

Do you do weddings?
Yes we have a licence to hold weddings at our Headingley campus. Please contact us to discuss your plans in more detail.

Do you provide a bar for events?
We can provide a cash bar and can stock either draft or bottled beers.

Where can I park my car?
We have number of spaces available so you just need to call the team and book your requirements. 

I need to order AV?
We have a full and comprehensive range of top quality AV supplies. Where the items are already in the room we include this in your delegate price.
