Première conferencing facilities
Well Met Conferencing, the conference office for Leeds Metropolitan University, is pulling out the red carpet for the première of its first ever DVD which showcases the centre's award-winning facilities. To promote the new marketing initiative Well Met Conferencing has also produced its own branded popcorn which will be distributed to event buyers.
The DVD will act as one of Well Mets key marketing tools to attract potential clients who are looking for a venue for their next conference or event. The film showcases the key urban and parkland venues on offer - including the Rose Bowl, Carnegie Village, The Old School Board and the Gandhi Hall - as well as highlights its suitability for any event - from dinners, exhibitions, conferences and training.
Kate Pitcher, Business Development Manager for Well Met Conferencing, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer this facility as a way to attract potential new business into the university and the city. The DVD allows buyers to have an interactive tour of the centre and provides the perfect showcase for Well Met's range of conference and events venues, our accommodation, catering and our state of the art facilities."
The new film also highlights the advantages to buyers when hosting an event with Well Met. As well as a dedicated conference and events team and award-winning venues, Well Met is also situated in and around the heart of a thriving city.
