A new face for Well Met Conferencing
Well Met Conferencing at Leeds Metropolitan University is delighted to announce the appointment of Jackie Rabie as their new Conference and Events Officer. Jackie joins Well Met from the Universities Graduate Scheme where, over the past two years, she has worked in central marketing, Equality & Diversity, Community Partnerships & Volunteering, Institute for Enterprise and Leeds Carnegie.
Jackie also has extensive experience in event organising. She has organised a large proportion of the staff development festivals, volunteering trips to Nepal, a charity abseil and international exchanges. She starts the job fresh from five weeks in Peru were she was volunteering to build a centre for disabled children - her second time out to the project.

"We are thrilled that Jackie is the latest addition to our team as she has an excellent existing knowledge and passion for the University. With the addition of Carnegie Village, Broadcasting Place and Cloth Hall Court as well as the continued success of the Rose Bowl Jackie will definitely be kept busy."

Well Met Conferencing manages a wide range of venues and spaces as well as providing experienced event management services for both internal and external clients. Well Met's portfolio ranges from urban and parkland venues including the Rose Bowl, Carnegie Village and the Gandhi Hall which collectively provide the perfect destination for conferences, meetings and exhibitions to product launches, dinners, filming, corporate away days and team building events.
