The Workshop titled 'Measurement of static and dynamic muscle strength: validity, repeatability, sensitivity and specificity issues' has a maximum capacity of 24 delegates. Please sign up for htis session at the registration desk as soon as possible to avoid disappoinment. The workshop titled 'Childhood obesity and physical activity awareness' has a maximum capacity of 20 delegates. Again, please sign up for this at registration to avoid disappointment. Scientific Communications.... Location POSTERS will be presented in the Carnegie Research Institute (CRI) Hall. ORAL presentations will take place in the lecture theatres of our James Graham building. Details of these room allocations can be found on the conference programme (using the Conference Programme link in the left hand column). Time POSTERS - There will be four poster sessions taking place at the conference. Please ensure that you have checked not only the date and time of your presentation, but also the deadlines by which your poster must be displayed and removed. This information can be found in your confirmation email. All posters have been given a designated number, which will be made available to you at registration. ORAL - Details of all oral sessions can now be viewed on the conference programme (using the Conference Programme link in the left hand column). Please ensure that you arrive at the correct room no later than 10 minutes before your presentation. Please note: Presenters are responsible for their posters. We cannot be held responsible for your poster not being in place in time for the presentation session. Each year, the Journal of Sports Sciences publishes a 'Special Edition' of the BASES Annual Conference communications. Please ensure that you have returned a completed copyright form for EACH of your abstracts. To reiterate, we require ONE form PER abstract. The copyright form can be found in the right hand column of this page. This may be returned via post to Laurie Patterson, Leeds Metropolitan University, FFG02a - Headingley Campus, Leeds, LS6 3QS or via email to L.Patterson@leedsmet.ac.uk. Please return the form as soon as possible in order to be included in the publication. Finally, please remember that you must be a registered delegate in order to present at the conference.
